We carried out a detailed site assessment, mapping every structural element, MEP service point, and dimensional parameter of the shell-and-core unit within the resort’s luxury retail zone.
Early planning was key: we defined display zones, optimised circulation paths, and discreetly integrated service access points without compromising the boutique’s high-end feel.
This phase aligned our execution strategy with the client’s design vision, ensuring every decision supported both form and function.
Translating Vision to Reality : Schematic Design
- While the design concept and visual identity were provided by the client, our role was to interpret these into buildable, structurally sound elements.
- The focal features included bespoke floating counters, elegantly curved radius vitrines, and refined accent feature walls.
- Early coordination began between our steel fabricators, glass suppliers, and joinery specialists to ensure that every detail — from the arc of the counters to the precision of the lighting recesses — was achievable without compromise.
